  • 準備材料

    日正鬆餅粉70g

  • 日正糯米粉45g

  • 日正糖粉20g

  • 嫩豆腐60g

  • 牛奶30ml

  • 抹茶粉一大匙

  • ●抹茶醬

步驟及作法

STEP1.

嫩豆腐渣、日正鬆餅粉、糯米粉、糖粉、抹茶粉、牛奶拌勻

STEP2.

放入擠花袋,擠出形狀

STEP3.

油炸至金黃膨脹

STEP4.

淋上抹茶醬即可
